How To USE:
Mix two tablespoons full (about 50gm) JUMBO MASS GAINER in a glass of milk and water twice daily. Best when use within one month after opening the box. Do not use wet spoon. This products does not contain any drug, chemicals or steroid thus it is safe and non addictive.
